The promotion of pagan traditions like Easter celebrations, with such symbolism of eggs and rabbits, displeases our Father in Heaven with those idolatrous practices. Additionally, the commercialization of Easter, with its focus on materialism and consumerism, is meant to overshadow the true way to serve God according to His Word. From this viewpoint, idolatry is seen in the prioritization of worldly indulgence over the sacred message of Jesus' sacrifice for our sins, and our need for repentance.
