This is our final YLF30 episode and we are not slowing down. I walk you through the simplest next step. Shift over to the Your Level Fitness Podcast so you keep getting these quick daily boosts on living from the inside/out. You will find the same five to ten minute format, the same no nonsense mindset tips, and a huge backlog of episodes waiting for you. I also tell you where to find thousands of blog posts, daily emails, and searchable resources so you can keep reinforcing the habits that build a forever active life. If you want guided help I outline two coaching paths that give you structure and support without taking away your role as the expert on your life. The fitness industry loves to market against our insecurities. We flip that script together by starting with self acceptance and building outward. Thank you for sharing this series with me. Head over to the next feed and keep the momentum rolling.

I used to think healthy living came down to finding the single perfect plan. Now I know it is more like a giant puzzle with unlimited pieces. In this episode I share how every food choice, workout style, and mindset practice can slide into your toolbox. Some pieces fit today and some will click in later. The magic is learning to sort them without judgment and to keep testing new combinations. That is where the YLF Framework comes in. It gives you the logical structure you need so emotions no longer drive the whole show. You get to step back, breathe, and decide what truly works for the life you are building. When you live an inside/out life you rediscover the curiosity you felt as a kid and that curiosity keeps the process fun. If you want to figure all this out on your own you can. If you want me in your corner I am here. Either way you stay the expert on your own life while I help you see the patterns you might miss. Anything fits. Everything fits. It is all about what fits right now and how it may shift tomorrow.

The heart of Your Level Fitness has always been community. In this conversation I share how the YLF community first took shape in twenty sixteen, why it evolved, and how it lives today. We started as a small group that welcomed every eating style and workout plan during an online era that felt tribal. Our core message was simple. You belong here if you want to build a welcoming forever active lifestyle.
Fast forward to now. Living an inside/out life means anyone who is practicing self connection is already part of the YLF community. There is no single platform or required meetup. You take the principles, apply them to your own plan, and share the wins so others see a wider path. If you reach out to a fellow listener that is your choice, not an assignment from me, yet I encourage genuine connection because a supportive partner or group can lift every goal.
My role is to offer tools, resources, and structures so you can start within and build outward. Use the framework, keep what works, toss what does not, and keep telling your story. Together we change the fitness conversation from narrow rules to inclusive possibility.

In this episode we dive into how journaling supports your inside/out process and why it may be easier than ever to make it part of your daily routine. I share how my own journaling practice has evolved over the years, from five-minute reflection sessions to quick voice notes and entries using the Day One app. Whether you journal in the morning with a body and mood check or reflect at the end of the day, the key is getting your thoughts out of your head and onto a page or screen.
We also cover the power of having a simple North Star prompt to fall back on. Start with what you’re thinking or feeling right now, then ask why. That single question helps you reconnect with yourself in real time. If you’re signed up for the Daily Email, I send a new journal prompt every day. You can use it as is or let it inspire your own direction. Either way, the habit of writing down your thoughts can help you see patterns, track progress, and stay grounded as you build your forever active lifestyle.

This episode is all about reconnecting with your natural curiosity and finding creative outlets that help you build and enjoy your forever active lifestyle. I talk about how curiosity leads to deeper self-awareness and opens up more options for solving problems, making progress, and staying interested in your process. Whether it’s something you loved as a kid or something you discovered recently, leaning into creative pursuits will help you stay focused without feeling trapped in fitness routines.
You’ll hear how these creative habits tie into building a sustainable plan. The structure of the YLF Framework gives you room to explore and test what works for you. The more curious you are, the more puzzle pieces you’ll see. And that wide perspective doesn’t just help with weight loss or workouts… it spills into every area of life. When you create your own path instead of only following the crowd, you start to see new opportunities everywhere.

In this episode I talk about how spending time in silence, especially outdoors, can help you reconnect with yourself from the inside/out. You’ll hear why this practice started for me by accident, what came up when I allowed the thoughts to wash over me, and how those overwhelming waves eventually became calmer. I also explain how mindfulness does not have to be complicated. It can be as simple as going for a walk without headphones or sitting outside without distractions.
When you are still long enough, you start to hear things in your own voice that you have not heard in years. These moments become the building blocks of self-connection. We are diving into the original foundation of the YLF Experience and the actions I began developing as far back as 2020. This episode is part of a deeper conversation about how your weight loss and fitness goals can lead you back to yourself instead of away from who you really are.
As always, I want to hear your thoughts. Let me know what comes up for you when you try this out.

What do you see when you meet your own eyes in the mirror? In this episode I guide you through a daily practice that helps you trade self-criticism for calm appreciation. You will learn why body standards from the early two thousands to today have trained many of us to nitpick every curve and angle, and how a simple one minute mirror session begins to change that script. We talk about picking one feature, speaking kindness into it, and forgiving yourself each time the old voice tries to drag you back.
I explain why the spark of self-respect may feel forced at first, yet with steady repetition you will stand taller when you catch your reflection in glass or an unexpected photo. You will discover how this exercise links to the YLF Framework, which turns fitness into an inside/out springboard for lifelong confidence. My goal is to help you leave the mental prison of harsh judgment and step into daily celebration of every stage you travel through.

This chat is a reminder that fitness is the springboard, not the finish line. I explain how the inside/out approach helps you connect with who you are right now, build calm confidence, and carry that strength into every corner of life. You will hear why resilience and consistency already live inside you, and how choosing confidence makes each action feel deliberate and steady.
I share the moment that hooked me on coaching back in college, watching new gym members lift their heads and believe in themselves week by week. That first spark pushed me to create a simple structure that lets you feel the same shift, whether you are lifting for the first time or refining habits you have held for decades.
Because I navigate cerebral palsy and the nonstop noise of online fitness, I know how overwhelming plans and programs can feel. This episode breaks that clutter apart so you can focus on calm ownership, action-focused goals, and genuine self-trust. Fitness stays in the mix for life, yet it can be the doorway to bigger things when you see it as a daily practice in self-belief.
I would love to hear your thoughts. Email me anytime and let me know how this lands for you. Thanks for listening and for building this foundation with me.

I wrap up our deep dive into the YLF Framework by walking you through progress updates. I share why the scale can only tell part of your story and how pairing it with waist measurements and progress photos shows the big picture. I explain that you can gather data daily, weekly, monthly, or even quarterly. Frequent check-ins help remove emotion while longer gaps reveal bigger shifts. Either way you build a routine that fits your personality and keeps anxiety low.
I also describe how journaling lets you track growth outside of fitness. I tag each entry so I can search and see the real evidence of change in meditation, career goals, or any self-development focus. If a program you follow does not give you a measurement tool the YLF Framework has your back.
Give this episode a listen and decide how often you will collect your numbers. Then apply the same approach to any area where you want proof of progress. Reach out and let me know what you are tracking and how it is going.

Today I break down the middle stretch of our weekly goal cycle and show you how a simple Sunday-Wednesday-Saturday rhythm keeps your momentum alive. On Sunday we set realistic goals rooted in minimum daily actions and real life demands. By Wednesday we treat the week like halftime. I check in with my own progress, ask how I actually feel, and decide whether to stay the course or pivot. Some weeks I am locked in and only need a quick thumbs-up. Other times life hits hard, motivation dips, or surprises pop up. The midweek pause gives me permission to adjust targets, reclaim focus, or simply acknowledge that I am not feeling it and choose a lighter path.
Saturday is the look-back. I review what happened, pull out lessons, and decide what rolls forward. When you repeat this loop week after week you build trust in yourself. Your goals become yours alone, shaped by your capabilities, your schedule, and your willingness to act. The YLF Framework wraps around every piece of content I share so you never feel lost in the noise of the fitness industry. From daily emails that deliver one actionable resource plus a journal prompt and activity, to organized blog posts and podcasts, every tool is ready for you to build an inside/out life at your own pace.
I have coached for over a decade and I still see the same problem. Information overload. My job is to give you clear structure and bite-size actions so you can move on with your day. Listen in to learn exactly how to run through your goals, exceed your own expectations, and set yourself up for a forever active lifestyle. Next time we will dig into progress updates and why tracking still matters even when body composition is not the main focus. Share your thoughts anytime at [email protected] and let me know how your week is going. Thank you for listening. Talk to you soon.
