Sometimes in life, we think to ourselves…HOW DID GOD BRING ME OUT OF THIS? Or how did I get here?! Throughout this expansive year, I have been asking myself these questions and all I can say is GOD! This month has been full of lessons and blessings so to end this month off right…I want us to STOP AND LOVE ON OURSELVES!! We have done a great job and we deserve to take a break sometimes! Everyone needs a break! This week I want you to find three ways to help allow yourself to take a pause and enjoy life! I want you to find one way to REST, RELAX and PAMPER yourself!! Light a candle, watch your favorite show…eat your favorite comfort food whatever you choose to do this week…take it easy and relax!!

Sometimes in life, we can get so in our heads we miss out on reality! Well…here I am to snap not only you but me back into reality! It’s okay to be afraid but we shouldn’t let fear stifle us…we should use it as fuel!! What has God been placing on your heart that you haven’t done yet due to FEAR? Let’s start working towards it today!! Remember you don’t have to do it alone…God wants us to surround ourselves with like minded individuals for a reason. When we are low, they can be there to pick us up and carry us to our finish line!

This week, we will be talking about matters of the heart! Sometimes we don’t know if we have done the right thing and then we spiral into overthinking…God wants us to understand that he wants us to remain light and to give him our burdens. What is weighing heavy on your heart? Why not give that to God? He can hold it…sometimes we seek other people and sometimes we feel even more alone because those people we went to could not hold us the way God only can! Just a reminder for this week…if your heart feels light…THEN IT IS RIGHT…Stop overthinking…that is for you and me too lol!
