Happy Everyday - Here is How You Can Be your Best Self Each and Everyday! Happy Everyday is it really possible??  Can we truly be happy everyday, Im here to tell you probably not haha. We are humans after all.  But we can get pretty close!!  See happiness is really a choice, a billionaire can have all the money and all the power in the world and still not be happy. One of my best friends told me when he went on a trip to visit his family back in a third world country, he had a very poor side and a really rich side. When he was surrounded by his poor family they had little but shared a lot!  They made the most of the little they had and where happy everyday.  But his rich family would complain never satisfied with all they had.  Now im not saying money is the root of all evil because it isn't.  In fact money can help people and buy some really cool experiences!!  Money really just makes you more of what you are.  If you decide to be happy and gratful for what you have now the universe/ god will give you more of it.  If you are a good person now you will be even better with money.  But money is a small percentage of what it takes to live a happy life everyday!! If you always are dealing with sinus problems, that might make it hard to sing. If you have chronic fatigue that might make it hard to live the body building dream. What ever your dream is the number one thing that you need to do is start with a dream of good health. If you are in poor health it can almost be impossible to accomplish your dream. Now you may be thinking i'm in good health, i'm young. This may be. But unless you are eating extremely clean with a diet high in wholefood plants chances are you could have way more energy. What does every lifestyle diet have in common? The Mediterranean diet, paleo, vegetarian, vegan? They all agree that the majority of your food should be fruits and veggies. It wasn't until i got extremely sick where i realized how bad i was eating. But i thought i was healthy, nope it turns out all that whole grain was just as bad as the white bread. It wasn't until i completely did a 180 degree flip in my nutrition till i got healthy. Today i spent 1000's of hours researching this stuff. Why? Because it got me healthy! We Have One Life to Live - How to Make it a Good One!!

We all have one life to live!  Now we have all heard the saying yolo (you only live once). Now im not suggesting you go and party everyday, eat junk food, and stay up late. Actually im suggesting the opposite.  To me yolo isn't about not caring, its about making something of yourself, taking risks because you do only have one life to live!  My favorite saying is " Live in the moment, plan for the future."  To me this means to do what you love in life, but strive to be great.

So many people get comfortable with their lives and stop growing.  Don't wait till its too late to ask yourself if i was going to pass away would i be happy with the life i have lived?  Ask it now.  Steve jobs would look into the mirror and everyday he would say.  “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I’m about to do today.”  If the answer was no too many times he would change it.  Remember if its not a heck yes say heck no!
