Robert Nelson is from the streets of Chicago. Growing up, people all around him were making money selling drugs, but Robert knew there had to be a better way. Robert decided sales was a good route, but the product being sold was the problem. He got a mentor to learn the principles of good sales and even went on to help write the book ‘The Greatest Salesman in the World’. Going forward he was committed to making sure those around him had access to resources and information to better their lives.
Robert believes that spaced repetition is the mother of skill. We need to continue to re-expose ourselves to information, taking principles and living with them for 30 days. They say it takes 21 days to develop a habit as you commit it to muscle memory. Robert shines a powerful light on what’s possible when you commit to certain fundamental principles. He preaches something called the Daily G-Code which encourages thankfulness, health and nutrition, grinding, and being selective of your group. He challenges us all to do something positive in our communities.

Have you ever felt a pull to do something more? Have you ever wanted to start a business? Have you ever wanted to learn from experts who are actually DOING it? They are in their teens and 20s achieving at an extremely high-level OR are older now but enjoyed great successes early on. Also, Pierce will share lessons he has learned along the way of his entrepreneurial journey and all the things he wished that he would’ve learned in school.
The man behind the documentary, The Iron Cowboy, is here to talk to us about human potential. James Lawrence originally did 50 Iron Man's in 50 days. He inspired many by this feat but decided to surpass his expectations and do 100 Iron Man's in 100 days. He calls it a whirlwind adventure and journey of non-stop chaos and problem-solving. He simply asked himself what he was capable of physically and mentally. Furthermore, he removed the chaos and tried to control as much of the environment as he could.
James believes no one is excluded from hardships, and it’s only through experience that we can get better at managing them. He says valleys and peaks are equally important, as valleys are where you can reassess and ask yourself how you can become stronger and pull yourself out. Whether winning or losing, James says it’s your fault. We all have a choice, and our choices determine our consequences. If you don’t like the consequences you’re battling, make better choices. We all have vastly greater potential than we give ourselves credit for. Tap into yours and see what feats you can accomplish.

Glenn Twiddle coaches real estate agents in Australia and helps them to get to number one in two years or less. During one of his events, he paid 14-year-old Caleb Maddox $11k to be a guest speaker. Arnold Schwarzenegger was set to be the speaker, but had to back out. Caleb took his spot because of his energy and merit. Genuine enthusiasm is hard to fake, but it’s an asset that will take you far. Successful people are those that can market and get people’s attention. Age isn’t a factor.
Before real estate, Glenn had never done anything that wasn’t fun. He was used to being the life of the party and couldn’t comprehend going from someone everyone loved to someone everyone hated just by wearing a different hat. Thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars later, Glenn tapped into success. Investing in your field is critical and will take you far. Let your expertise shine. Once you have the knowledge, implement it, make your mistakes, and become an expert in your field.

Connor LaRocque was an unfocused, C student, from Canada that went on to university with the idea of becoming a lawyer. Connor found he didn’t have the energy for court and instead found himself doing door to door sales. He says having doors slammed in his face built resilience, and he was able to develop a philosophy through failure. After university, Connor started cold calling schools looking to talk to and motivate kids. Within five months he had spoken to over 2000 students about mindset. One of his mindset hacks was that the secret to living is giving.
Foregoing his college graduation ceremony, Connor instead attended a motivational event. He believed the investment was worth it because it only takes meeting that one person to change your life. Beyond that, he aimed to search for the opportunities to help others, as he believed it would come back ten-fold. The more he started to embrace who he was, the more he continued to grow. He’s developed a priming ritual to start his day. He visualizes targets and goals regarding whom he wants to be.
