Welcome to the young leader podcast. 

My name is Brycan Dayao, and this show all started because of the movie Pursuit of Happiness in 2006.

Do you know that unforgettable scene when will Smith asked two random questions to a man on a Ferarri? 

What do you do?

And 

How do you do it? 

Those two questions lingered since college, and it always got me curious about successful people's stories with no hidden agenda but just pure curiosity and, of course, the excitement.

But they're not limited to those people who have rari's. 

I'm talking about visionaries and industry leaders. 

How they made it, how difficult when they started. 

For some people, it's hard work.

Maybe luck. 

But what about the others?

In general, I just don't want to fall in love with the product, but I want to understand the journey and the process behind it. 

One focus of the podcast is to make listeners realize that the people they look up to at some point, they were losers.

That the people that they look up to at some point, they were failures as well. 

Questions are:

 What did they do about it?

 And 

How did they get out of it? 

That is why I started The Young Leader podcast, where my job is to understand the journey of these people before they become leaders before they are visionaries.

 Just to get the raw advice, straight from the source. 

No intentions.
