How many entrepreneurs tend to be "egotistical"? (**cough** ME **cough**)

There are a number of occupations and hobbies that tend to breed ego-driven people. 

Entrepreneurship

(I fit into two of those three lol)

Now, of course, that statement is a massive generalization and I'm not saying literally everyone. However, there are more than usual lol.

But are the arrogant behaviors truly ego?

Is "ego" even a thing or is that a perspective/opinion?

There are only two systems of belief: Faith, or Fear

Both of those systems have the most influence over our decision-making process.

MOST people make decisions through fear and then justify them as being "realistic".

In my opinion, being a "realist" is just a nice way of saying "pessimist" which is a nicer way of saying "fear-controlled".

Am I being a bit harsh? Maybe

People don't even realize how their own fears are controlling them, and it's time to change that!

A big factor for any relationship is "Trust" -- but how do you get it?

Most people believe trust is something that can't be done right away...

...But they're only half right.

Trust is something that can continue to increase over time with any relationship - true.

However, if trust is not attainable right away, how do salespeople make sales? How does a first date become a second date? 

The reality is there are many scenarios where trust needs to be built up quickly.

For me? I recently had a wonderful experience with a first date (it's not awkward I promise lol).

Personally, I really don't like the word "sacrifice" because it truly makes it seem like giving up something good.

The reality is "sacrifice" could mean giving up bad habits, toxic people, or toxic environments in order to grow.

Does that mean successful people don't give up good things?

No!

I find it interesting how people confuse "greed" with businesses wanting to be profitable.

The reality is "for profit" businesses are in the game for profits (surprise surprise) lol.

Is that really all that bad?

My opinion - no way

Businesses help provide solutions to problems in our society as well as boost the economy.

The more success businesses have, the more people they can employ and thus the more money can go back into the economic machine.
