Sometimes we have to be taken out from our normal view and what we're use to get a different point of view on things. It will be a little nerve wrecking but it's part of the learning process. We were put a difficult situation and made it through…now when a similar stressful situation pops up, we can handle it base on previous experiences.

Our diets and lifestyles has to complement each other. A healthy diet complements a healthy lifestyle. You can’t take in junk and expect to be healthy or expect to perform at optimum levels.
