On this week's ZI Podcast Adam (your usual host) is joined by Caleb (back again, hopefully for good), Gwen (one of our Copy Editors), and Special Guest Mei-Xing (You can call her Jessica). This week, we discuss the recently released New Nintendo 3DS XL, RPG elements in Zelda, and much more! Thanks to Husky By the Geek for your Intro and outro theme song, and thank you to Davis, Kyle, Logan, Owen, and Samuel for your fan topics this week! Also, Austin for your in-depth analysis of the lore and reasoning of Link’s appearance in the series. Appreciated the read and the topics you provided this week, they were awesome.
Want to have your own art, theme song, or question featured on the podcast? Send them over to us at [email protected]! Feel free to send us topics or questions on anything gaming! We'll gladly consider them and appreciate your support.
Episode 22 of the ZI Podcast was a troubled one. Audio errors forced us to record an entirely new episode with very little time so this week's is shorter and yet has the same amount of awesome packed into it! This week Adam (your very very sleepy host) is joined by Katie (She's Australian, which is sorta neat) and Rodney (His words are sharp but his attitude is smooth) as we discuss new Zelda merchandise, Pokken Tournament, living in Hyrule and more!
If you'd like to be a part of the action, then submit your fan topics, theme song submissions, cover art, and more to [email protected]. Thanks again to Ben (aka Husky By The Geek) for the Intro/Outro and to Brandon for writing in on this weeks episode. Also thanks to Logan for the music!
Comment Topic of The Week: Ideas for a more interactive podcast?
Thanks again to Brandon and Logan for being awesome fans! If you wanna submit your own fan/cover art, theme song submissions, or topics be sure to email us at [email protected]. This week we discussed our reaction to the Nintendo Direct and Nintendo's reaction to the controversy surrounding their idea of Limited Edition.
This week on the ZeldaInformer Podcast, we talk about the darker themes in the Zelda franchise, Adam does some more of his shady editing, and Jake is continually interrupted. With special guest Digsbot (he does cool animations on youtube!) and a cast of five, this is our biggest episode yet! A shoutout to Brandon for that awesome theme song, as always, and to Will for the incredible fan art he sent us! If you have any topics, theme songs, or fan art you'd like to submit to the podcast, email us at [email protected]. Be sure to share with your friends and check out the related links below. Also, remember that sometimes patience unlocks bonus content!
Comment Topic of The Week: Do you think Tingle will eventually come back as DLC for Hyrule Warriors? Or was his fate sealed in preproduction?
This week on the podcast, our very European cast discusses Zelda U theories, some of our own ideas for games and Link's identity as we sit down with the producer of Harmony of Heroes! During my talk with Darren, we’ll be playing a couple of tracks from Harmony of Heroes and the new expansion album titled Final Smash which features over 25 new amazing songs. Music selection will change based on the focus of the conversation. Do you have your own topics and theories you want discussed? Think Adam did something wrong? Just wanna say hello? Well email us at [email protected] with your words (kind or otherwise) as well as any fan art, theme song submissions, topics and more.
Comment Topic of the week: What’s your gaming moment where you had the wrong cartridge or the wrong setup to be able to play with? We’ve all had that moment (Sega Genesis, with your 32x)
Thanks again to Brandon for that lovely theme song, and welcome to Episode 16 of the ZI Podcast. As always, I’m your host, Adam and this week I’m joined by Jake, Chris, and Al as we explore the holiday season, talk about Zelda U and Hylian weather patterns, all while keeping in the spirit of the holidays! We hope you had a good holiday season and invite you to write to us at [email protected] with your topics, theme song submissions, and original fan art. Thanks again and enjoy the funniest episode of the ZI Podcast yet.
RELATED LINKS! (No, not the adventuring sort)
This week on the ZeldaInformer Podcast, I'm joined by Chris (our conspiracy theorist), Jake (just some guy), and Leon (a man whose voice is too good to be true). This week we discuss the games we're excited about for next year, the sense of dungeon design, and whether making Link a female would be an insult to Zelda or not (or if it even makes sense Lore-wise). Thanks to Brandon for his theme song!
Want to have your own theme song played or topic discussed? Be sure to email us at [email protected] with your audio or question! We respond to (almost) every email we receive! And this week, we invite you to comment below on dungeon design in Zelda: Does it make sense? We think not! Find out why by clicking that play button and joining us for episode 15!
