“You will never speak to anyone more than you speak to yourself in your head, be kind to yourself.”

The above quote is 100% true. We talk to ourselves all the time. Self-talk is our internal dialogue. It is something we do naturally throughout our conscious moments. It reveals our innermost thoughts, beliefs, fears, and ideas.
When we speak to ourselves, we are likely to hear our own voice back. This voice is what psychologists refer to as self-talk and this voice is a big contributor to the way you feel about yourself and whether you nurture self-love or self-hate.
The way we talk to ourselves is important because it affects the way we feel about ourselves, about the things we can achieve in life, how we’re viewed by others, and how we interact with the world.
Yes, other people’s words have power. But what they say is not nearly as powerful as the words we tell ourselves.
Because before you can blossom on the “outside,” you first need to grow the seeds from the “inside.”
This podcast explores the impact of negative self-talk and shares way by which we can change or inner dialogue to a healthy and rewarding one.
Learn to talk nicely to yourself.
