Dr. Carmit Padan is a Senior Research Fellow at Samuel Neaman
Institute for National Policy Research at Technion and a Research Fellow at the
Institute for National Security Studies at Tel-Aviv University. Her main areas
of research are national resilience, social-military relations, and military
leadership.
