As promised, I bring you the CHaos theory. The golden rule of saving creativity in any organization in today's modern world. The times of order are gone and people are looking forward to working in organizations that help the bring out the best of their capabilities. The chaos theory defines a few basic principles that make the organizations behave like organic creatures developing their own language of operation. Also we discuss why the new-age startups are killing the giants of the previous generation.

A big factor in developing your cognitive potential is to understand how and what you consume in terms of information. There are various forms of information floating around in the world but do we really know how to consume and use it. Even I was not aware a few years ago but now after having read and understood about how to consume information, what is knowledge and what are the different levels of knowledge and information based on the complexity I present to you the six levels of knowledge. 

These are very complex and it is not possible to completely describe them, but I try my best to make you understand the value and importance of every level. These levels are Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, synthesis, and Evaluation. We know these words but in order to understand how to use the knowledge and information, listen to this podcast which will take you to the next level of cognitive development.

I am so excited that finally, I can give back to your guys It has been one of my goals to start giving back to you people. I see so many young people struggle with Life, not knowing their direction purpose or aim, they get lost in the noise around them from their relatives, bad social circle or sometimes friends also and they might slightly end up in depression. This is a simple take by me under this lockdown. COVID-19 has pushed the world into an uncomfortable zone, with a threat to life, safety, and our futures. In spite of all this, humans are the most intelligent species on this planet, and to prove this, we have to find belief in ourselves and in the fact that we can come out of this stronger and better. I feel extremely sad for the people losing their lives and we can never replenish a human's life lost but we have to be positive in these testing times. 

Listen to what I think can help you find a positive mindset and understand that this too shall pass. It is a phase and if it does not kill you, it will make you stronger. 

Don't stress, we are all in this together. 

This episode reflects on information by a doctor working in New York. He suggests the similarity of this disease with ARDS.  What I feel about this, the damage it is going to cause to the world economy, why I think it is a sign from our maker, and why we need to introspect.

It is a time we should all understand our priorities, calm down and think about what is more important.
