Special episode in conversation with Omer Riza. Omer is currently Watford Under 23’s head coach and part of the coaching staff for England Under 17’s. We sat down with Omer to talk through his incredible footballing career that started as a player with Arsenal including working under Arsene Wenger, then onto West Ham with Harry Redknapp and eventually Trabzonspor in Turkey. Omer talks us through his journey from player to coach, a legal battle with the Turkish Football Federation lasting over 10 years, and the sheer dedication required to succeed in the footballing world.
