This is a reading of a chapter from the book, "Fire" by James Levesque.  As the world slips further into darkness we must pursue a spiritual awakening. As a Christian, we must carry the torch and reach our community and then the world. But before we can do this we must pursue God's presence, then carry it forward.

There is a dimension to faith that is often overlooked, and that is:   Faith as a protective force. So as Ephesians 6:16 tells us to take the shield of faith so that we can quench every fiery dart of the enemy. In this lesson Vicki is insisting that Christians walk in faith. Don't leave home without it!
