This is a reading of a chapter from the book, "Fire" by James Levesque.  As the world slips further into darkness we must pursue a spiritual awakening. As a Christian, we must carry the torch and reach our community and then the world. But before we can do this we must pursue God's presence, then carry it forward.

There is a dimension to faith that is often overlooked, and that is:   Faith as a protective force. So as Ephesians 6:16 tells us to take the shield of faith so that we can quench every fiery dart of the enemy. In this lesson Vicki is insisting that Christians walk in faith.
