What is your spiritual shape? What does spiritual training look like and how do we begin to grow deeper in it? This teaching encourages us to evaluate whether we are in childhood (receiving), adolescence (owning) or adulthood (giving/teaching).

We return this week to the People of God series with a look at Timothy in the New Testament. Women of genuine faith left a powerful legacy for Timothy who is encouraged to live by God's Spirit in power, love and self-discipline. Who was Timothy?
