How Strength Training Helped Me Get My Sh*t Together (Not Just My Body)
In this episode, I'm sharing the real (and slightly sweaty) story of how I committed to strength training four times a week, and how it's changed so much more than just my body. Yes, I've gotten stronger and lost 10 lbs, but this journey has also given me routine, discipline, and a clearer mind.
I talk about working with my no-BS personal trainer @strongirlsinc, (who's also a mom of 3 and doesn't mess around), how I actually enjoy cardio when reality TV is involved, and how dialing in my nutrition, protein, fibre, hydration, sleep, has helped me feel more in control in all areas of life.
We also get into:
My approach to food and tracking macros (ice cream cones included 🍦)
The reality of limiting alcohol and caffeine
Why sleep is my new love language
How this journey has made me a better parent, partner, and business owner
Whether you're thinking about starting a fitness routine or just need a little motivation to take better care of yourself, this one's for you.
Let's get into it. 💪

Why do so many women feel uncomfortable sharing their wins—whether it's hitting a business milestone, finding joy in a relationship, reaching a fitness goal, or finally feeling at peace in their lives?
In this episode, we unpack the guilt, fear, and shame that often come with publicly celebrating our success. You'll hear a fresh perspective on why sharing your wins isn't bragging—it's generous. It's inspiring. It's a powerful ripple effect that helps other women believe in what's possible for them, too.
We also talk about what to do when jealousy shows up (yes, it's normal), how to become the friend who claps the loudest, and why emotional intelligence is the antidote to the haters and trolls.
Whether you're crushing goals or quietly proud of how far you've come—this episode is your permission slip to shine out loud.
Let this be your reminder: Your success isn't too much. It's a beacon.
In this episode, we cover:
