My thoughts on why we can encourage our fellow Filipinos to return to the country to improve it.

It's around 5 am in the morning, and I decide to spew some mumbo-jumbo to sleep. I don't know what I'm saying (as much as with everying else in this podcast, since they're all spontaneous) and so good luck with trying to make it through this rambling reflection riding through a coagulated impromptu train of thought.
