We began the series "God Is" exploring the incomprehensible nature of God. Understanding we will not fully comprehend God on this side of eternity we must then make sure we think rightly about God (our idea of God). Despite this we have Jesus that we can look to as the God-incarnate and as a vision of the Father.

Samson was a man of great God-given potential who was ultimately undone by his own weaknesses. Pastor Kevin reminds us that Samson's story teaches us that failure doesn't always happen all at once, but one step at a time.

Pastor Gabe discussed how we have been Seen (by God) to See (others) the same way, reading the story of Hagar and Ishmael. Hagar goes on to call God EL ROI ("You are the God who sees me"). Talking about how God and Jesus sees through various examples and how that should impact how we see!

Over the past few weeks, we've discussed becoming a church that worships, prays, and preaches the truth. Pastor Kevin encourages us to commit to loving, serving, and supporting our church to advance God's kingdom.
