Yongle is so good, that he can beat a team of 2 Babylons in a race to the moon... Although the 2 Babylons were Moy and Nystagmus and Yongle was played by Peppermint Butler.

Last month, Firaxis blessed us with a new Japanese leader Tokugawa. This month, they super blessed us with Yongle who has become the new face of memes for Civ 6. Wu Zetian and a new version of Qin Shi Huang were also released. You can read more about them on our article from our website here.

Tokugawa has to be the most talked about leader since the new Leader Pass released a couple months ago. We never realized how incredible domestic trade routes can really be when you pair Magnus promotions with government plaza's in the capital. We finally get to play the new leaders from the Great Commanders pack, and we agree that this pack added 3 very good leaders to Civ 6.

We received a mod that was able to create a map featuring all of the natural wonders in the same game. We thought this was a great opportunity to show off how well we know the appeal mechanic and invited WhiteAndNerdytv on the show to kick our butts.

In this episode, we recap some highlights and lowlights on TheCivGive2022.

Invictus Game Station, a LAN centre in Toronto that will be hosting TheCivGive2022. They will be providing 14 computers that we can use for our event. They will be allowing our players to connect remotely and we'll be able to create a local network game to ensure fast and reliable connections.

We have also partnered with Parsec, an application that allows remote access from computer to computer. Our players will be connecting to the LAN centre via Parsec to play on the local network.

Are you excited for TheCivGive2022?! We are, and we have done extensive testing and experimenting on how we can be confident that a full game will happen this year. We have partnered with two companies to help put on the game this year.

The leader pass has not started in the best ways for Firaxis and Civilization. A lot of users have been reporting that the game has reset to the first version of the game with no expansions or any DLC. The devs are actively fixing the issue and hopefully it gets resolved in the next couple of days.

We were introduced to 4 new leaders, Julius Caesar, Abraham Lincoln, Mbande Nzinga, and Sultan Saladin. We go over all the new abilities for the leaders and talk about potential strategies to best use these new leaders.
