This episode will focus on the importance of storytelling, active listening, setting healthy boundaries, and other examples of healthy communication. The techniques that are covered can be applied to all types of relationships and set a foundation for your own self-development journey. Also, I will cover the 3-step phase I'm going through to becoming an art connoisseur and a brief history of Thanksgiving, namely how it correlates with our modern society.
Don't forget to say hi by finding me at the below - wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

Can you be moral and still be part of “hook up” culture? I'd argue that yes that is very possible. In some ways, hookup culture practices values such as integrity, honesty, and in some ways respect. Though it can easily be argued that the respect part goes out the window as it seems people are being treated as sex objects, it can also serve as the ultimate sign of respect for another person's time, energy, and emotions.

We continue our series on Myers-Briggs by discussing ISFP, also known as the "Entertainer." The Introverted, Observant, Feeling, and Prospecting personality traits that encompass an ISFP not only help provide awareness for those that fall within that MBTI, but also serve as a learning experience for the listener. The ISFP personalities tend to have an open mindset and approach life, new experiences, and people with grounded warmth. Learn the basics of an ISFP, how they fit in romantic relationships and a brief conclusion on the advantages of dating one (or dating as one).

You may find irony in this episode but I do mention how you're more than free to place your phone down and listen while you live. The "meh" feeling I allude to is that sense of feeling unmotivated and a bit lost - we all go through it. The two themes converge on the feeling of us collectively needing to wake up or continue to sleep awake.
As always, feel free to contact me at the below so I can learn who you are. I'd like to start sending a thank you to one random listener per episode as a thank you.
....you're more than just a metric.

Have you ever ran into a profile that says to the effect of, "just seeing what's out there" or have that included in your profile? The collective ambiguity is a result of "trust injuries" that have real-life implications on the rest of society as we become increasingly indecisive. Also, I will go into the controversy surrounding Dave Chappelle and his recent stand-up special The Closer. We need to start reflecting the real values that made us neighborly Americans, instead of our addiction to divide and discord.

Frances Haugen, a former Facebook product manager, told a Senate hearing that the social network’s products “harm children, stoke division and weaken our democracy.” Facebook pushed back, saying on Twitter that Haugen “did not work on child safety.” This comes in the wake of Facebook and Instagram going offline for hours this week, leaving its 3 billion users in the dark. Will dating apps require regulation in the future as the lack of social skills and true connection becomes rampant?

We continue our series on Myers-Briggs by discussing ISTP, also known as the "Virtuoso." The Introverted, Observant, Thinking, and Prospecting personality traits that encompass an ISTP not only help provide awareness for those that fall within that MBTI, but also serve as a learning experience for the listener. The ISTP personalities tend to have an individualistic mindset, pursuing goals without needing much external connection. Learn the basics of an ISTP, how they fit in romantic relationships, and a brief conclusion on the advantages of dating one (or dating as one).

Hear the "naked" truth on my struggles in the military, as a father, and dating. This is not only a cathartic experience for me, but hopefully a lesson on how men need to be vulnerable. Men can find true strength in being vulnerable, most triumphant struggles require a bit of fear. If you're a man listening to this, and it resonates with you, feel free to reach out so I can learn your story.

The Aba & Preach versus Fresh & Fit beef reminds me how anyone with an audio-video setup can become a YouTube content creator overnight. However, being a content creator does not automatically make you an authority compared to men who have life experiences that reflect the "alpha male" model many young men strive for. In reality, self-accountability and integrity, instead of cheap entertainment, will be the pillars that will make male dating advice aka the manosphere legitimate. I'm afraid that much of the content will be generalized as empty and all fluff if immediate changes are not made. Remember that kids, regardless of age, make messes while adults clean them up.

We continue our series on Myers-Briggs by discussing ENTJ, also known as the "Commander." The Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging personality traits that encompass an ENTJ not only help provide awareness for those that fall within that MBTI, but also serve as a learning experience for the listener. The ENTJ is a rare personality type that is extremely focused and goal-driven, but sacrifices by not possessing emotional patience and understanding. Learn the basics of an ENTJ, how they fit in romantic relationships, and a brief conclusion on the advantages of dating one (or dating as one).
