Muckety-Muck makes an appearance to help us get through the discussion of "escalation clauses" in contracts that seems to be a growing trend in our industry. We may not all agree on this one, and it's unlikely the whisky was having a calming effect - LOL. Cheers!

Stella Artois (no, we didn't do the cool knife to remove the extra head form the top of the glass), but we did enjoy a nice beer-kind of conversation. Well, they got Chris to try Tequila once again. Guess what, it still tastes like tequila! Well, at least Bill and Nick seem to like it. What you may like even better than the drink topic is the real estate topic. How do you feel about continuing education for our real estate industry? Now this does vary per state, so we would love to hear what you think about your states' guidelines. As a whole, we seem to agree that we could use some more requirements for education since we are a "professional" industry. But at the same time, we need to be reasonable to not affect the ability to serve clients well.
