From the early days of rap, to now, where we over-glorify street culture and rat on ourselves on nationally syndicated radio stations. smh. How did we get here?

There are many of us practicing expression in many different fields. Music, Painting, Podcasts, etc. It's hard to cut through all of the noise but my philosophy is that the noise is what gives value to the masterpieces. For every one great work of work there are dozens of others that aren't so great. The not-so-great work proves how difficult and special the great work is. My point is that there are upsides as well as downsides to there being so much clutter in art.

"The quality of our service to others determines the kind of life you'll live" was a quote given to me by my father. I don't know it's origins, but it inspired me nonetheless. All of our contributions to the world, big and small, lend to the kind of "karma" we might have.
