It’s only natural to give a fuck what other people think about you. No one is disputing that.

It's only natural to seek validation from other people.

But there is a severe price to pay for doing so.

When you give too many fucks what complete strangers think about you, you end up feeling insecure and lacking confidence in public places.

When you seek approval through sex and dating (getting attention from women/men), you end up on a turbulent emotional roller coaster that can leave you feeling like shit  and lonely.

When you give too many fucks what your family thinks about your career and lifestyle, you end up working a job you hate and living a lie.
