Hey there, it’s been a while but we’re back! There’s been a lot going on in the world- it’s become a chaotic political arena. In this episode, we delve into the meaning of what change truly is. What echo chambers are you a part of? Do we accept everything that we read without referring to our own spiritual and intellectual council? Do we value virtue signaling and image more than we value the truth- the truth that you may truly never know anything about the given situation? What makes people pick sides and subscribe to online tribalism? We also talk about what is the ideal method to navigate our way through the maze of news and content online in a way that facilitates true change that is driven by the desire to do better and grow, and what the world needs and doesn’t need from those in power.   All of us have a story to share. Episode 5 "Moderation" with Dr. Tariq Shaikh  Hey folks, it’s been a while.  But, we’re back. And we’re back with a surprise.  On this week’s podcast, we are joined by Dr.Tariq Shaikh, an incredibly revered physiotherapist from Pune. Dr. Tariq is the head of iPhysio, and has three clinics in Pune. This week, we had a conversation with him about physiotherapy, and what it fundamentally is, how spirituality and physicality intersect, the psychological perspective about human movements and posture. We also spoke about books and poetry, pseudoscience, and what he thinks is the best way to approach everything- with moderation.  We’re sure you're going to like this one.

What type of media should we be consuming, and should we even be consuming any? Being righteous in every situation is expected of us. But what exactly is righteousness?
