Dear neighbor, this is an extended version of my most recent blog, “Donald Trump Is Trying to Kill You.” In it, I offer numerous examples of hundreds of policies and practices that are designed to kill as many people as possible. It’s not incompetence— it’s Dark MAGA.

These people think that common folk like you and me are the real drains on society. Don’t forget that Elon Musk referred to us as “the parasitic class.” That’s right. Inspired by his Palantir buddy, Peter Thiel, and cadre of Silicon Valley dude bros— high off their gd faces on designer drugs— they’ve arrived at the depraved view, even as they’ve grown fat as ticks sucking up government contracts, that it’s people like you and me and our neighbors who simply need to die so that they can keep consuming and keep themselves insulated from the harms of climate change, while the rest of us are left to die.

I want to be super clear: I understand why you’d want to shake your head and say “No way that’s happening,” because normal people cannot fathom the lack of empathy and the level of unhinged entitlement that informs such a conclusion.

Neighbors, yes, the climate is changing and, because these rich people refused to change and bought our politicians to ensure such changes never arrived, we have reached the point of climate consequences. But that does not preclude that life on Earth is no longer possible. You and I are doing it right now, and we have at our collective disposal the tools to respond to climate change and collaborate alongside all of our neighbors across the globe to thrive together.

Community organizer and public intellectual Grace Lee Boggs once wrote in The Next American Revolution that what is required of us is to learn “to live simply so that others might simply live.” Read that twice. People like you and me have been ready to take up that call. We care about our planet, our neighbors, our ecosystems, and the fate of future generations.

It’s these men with more money than God— men who have gotten rich, not because of their innovation but because of their grift— do not want to live simply. They think that they are better than us and, in conclusion, they want to kill off as many of us as possible so that they can cosplay techno-kings.

It’s time to hand them their asses.

And the first way we do that is to snap out of our freeze state, acknowledge what’s happening, and become heavily invested in our local communities to do the mutual aid and community resourcing that is now imminently necessary to our survival—because (once more with feeling) Donald Trump and Dark MAGA are trying to kill us.

That’s been the plan the entire gd time.

These men have no humble heart of service— they’re grifting soft-handed cowards, and it’s time to protect our neighbors from their domestic terrorism and make ourselves as ungovernable as hell, while we do the steady, everyday, loving work of protecting our communities from men who have no moral center.
