On todays episode i talk with harry on the stress and pressure of year 11 exams, being released from a professional football club and what his future now holds. also the passing of his nan and how this effected his mental health so bad he was having more bad days than good he was willing to go and end it all on 'the walk' as he describes it as a civil war going on in his head and just wanted to end it all. we also talk about coming out of that dark place having more good days than bad, back playing football at a very good club and now flying to america to play football(soccer).
