So at the start of the video, I was planning to talk about the significance of the "calling shots" section, but I forgot because I went off script there and didn't remember to address it at the end. During a Tesla recruitment event at my uni, Chris Lister, VP of Operations, gave us some advice, and one of them was to call your shots, then execute to meet them. The premise behind this is that by publically stating targets, it forces you to think about completing it and adds a layer of irreversible accountability. The execution part is the grind and work that needs to go in to make it happen rather than leaving an empty promise. I'm doing something similar here, which I might have done in previous episodes but I'm making it more structured and explicit.
