I know that stretching and shifting is often times painful; however, I want to encourage you to do both.  Don't be scared to stretch and shift.  You will find out, by listening to this one, that what hurts you can also help you!

We have been away from the #Shift due to me having no voice.  Today, I shared some of the things God spoke to me while I was in silence.

This is a message I taught in Bible Study regarding the importance of being conscious of the condition of our shame.

If you want to be untouched by the kingdom of darkness or by the dams that break in your life, it is necessary that you pray.  Join me as we delve into this  shift.

Have you heard about the horse and the mule? and the reason they have to wear a bit and bridle? I promise you...this is a must hear! 

I have discovered that there are different ways to get anywhere you want to go, IF YOU REALLY WANT IT!  Are you willing to obtain and apply?

Don't let people manipulate you into feeling guilty about living your good life! You deserve to be happy so don't apologize for it!

This is more than lyrics to a song.  This is truth.  God is too kind to us to allow our bad days to get victory over our good days. Cheer up my brother.  Rejoice my sister.  Something good HAS to happen to you.

Not every conversation should be a fight.  Not every battle should be fought.  This message will gear us towards fighting right.

There is something wrong with YOUR character if you allow an opportunity to control your loyalty.  Don't be the type that turns your back on those who were there for you simply because you received an opportunity!
