"Yes, you can enhance the flavor of something with salt. That's pretty obvious. But there's other ones at least I didn't know about. If you all know about it, great. But this is new for me. Okay, so adding salt to boiling water makes it boil at a higher temperature and that reduces the cooking time. It doesn't make the boil water faster, but whatever you put in the boiled water will cook quicker. There you go. So peeling eggs."
