S14-E03 This is a preview of my global history course lectures I will share over the next year. Each podcast episode will contain a module from the history unit that I am covering. Previously in this podcast series, the emphasis has been on history review or additional learning podcasts that the students and I created. Now, you can hear the lectures that the students based their podcasts for the previous thirteen seasons.
In addition to this audio episode, I also provide several PDF documents. First, a syllabus or guide to the course that contains an outline of the history topics, assignments related to the course topics, resources for students to take advantage to support their student success, and generic rules and regulations related to the course. Second, a list of the guiding questions for each of the history units. Third, a list of the nine history forces that influence events that I will reference through all the course lectures. And finally, an application of those nine history forces with an article that I found about strife that is occurring inside France. It is the best example of a news report that made more sense when the history forces were applied to it.
