You are the happy, you are looking for, happiness is not something outside of yourself, earned or something you exhaust yourself to find. Never wait to be happy like in the right time you will be, time doesn’t wait for you to catch up. Happy as you are is the best happy there is.

Then to Zen, is about realising love and mindfulness will always win, a way to pick yourself up from the floor when things get to much. Small daily tasks that may help you too, as they have me. I discuss raw feelings and journeys and how self discovery and realisations when you go within yourself is vital to show results and your true self outwards. I used to protect myself from getting hurt or loving fully in fear, when in fact what I did was stop myself from loving and being loved.
