#TheNoteCast

The greatest cross over since the Jimmy/Timmy episode!

We talked music for hours she never mentioned you.

2018 gave us a lot of music... a lot of music. On this episode of Kickin’ It Cøøg pulls up with TDN Co-Owner Louie., Complex Ambition’s Sound & Y.I, writer for 2DopeBoyz Wongo and Corvah of West African Collective to talk us through the year.

It’s dope when different creatives link up and talk music. Between discussing favorite albums, best new artist, most improved artist, all the producers that handled the year and incredible back & forth banter between all 6 opinions this episode wraps up 2018 very well!

Shine like Marvel made Ant-Man shine.

On this episode of Kickin' It, Cøøg sits with Nino for the first time in a while to talk music, the progression with Provide PVD, his latest project, some pop culture talk and more!

Not more, not less, just as needed.

On this episode of Kickin' It, Cøøg sits with Jimmy, Dennis and Jenna from the Take As Needed podcast gather 'round the campfire for a dope conversation.

This one had a bunch of laughs, great messages, a handful of stories and so much more as they speak on the podcast's origin, their relationship, as well as all the behind the scenes joints!

Check out @asneededpodcast when you have a chance!

It's all about bridging the gap.

In this episode of Kickin' It, Cøøg sits with the Complex Ambition boys for their first interview!

They speak on their passion, the trio's brotherhood, XXXTentacion's impact and how their fans have made a connection with them through his passing, their YouTube careers & so much more!

Great energy from these three as Cøøg taps into that chemistry very well to push the dope and inspirational conversation forward.

You only shortchange yourself in the long run if you try to rush the groundwork.

In this episode of Kickin' It, Cøøg pulls up with another great creative from Rhode Island, Beato.

They speak on the many creative outlets the talented 19 year old has played his hand in, a year of Provide as a business, going on tour as Khary's DJ and so much more dope conversation.

This episode is just as inspiring as the previous few as Cøøg gets Beato to dive into so many different layers of his career so far!

Pressure makes diamonds, always.

In episode 3 of Kickin' It, Cøøg sits with DJ Dymand aka Pawtucket's Ambassador fka the youngest in charge; something that doesn't really happen much so here's a blessing.

Dymand speaks on the many hoops he's had to jump through since working the turn tables as a kid, his influences, experiences and a handful of behind-the-scenes stories.

Very inspiring to finally get more into Dymand's story as he's been a pivotal part of Rhode Island's music scene for quite a while now.

When you spread the love it comes full circle.

In episode 2 of "Kickin' It" w/ Cøøg he sits with the eclectic Joe Perez; another hometown product who's accomplished incredible creative ventures throughout his career! They speak about a lot of his work from the likes of G.O.O.D. Music (Kanye West & Pusha T), Nicki Minaj, A$AP Rocky & more as well as his personal ventures with MASON, his incredible work ethic, a handful of personal stories & so much more.

Super insightful as Cøøg continuously lobbed up dope questions for Joe Perez to knock out the park.

Never lose track of your roots.

Cøøg always digs deep to get to the bones and true essence of the conversation.

In the premiering episode of “Kicking It” w/ Cøøg he sits down with the super creative and influential Where’s Nasty?. They speak thoroughly upon his many achievements, the nature of our current cultural surroundings in Rhode Island (and New England, in general), the positivity behind all the work and so much more all interwoven between inspirationally charged banter.

This week Cøøg, Louie & Rich speak on the suspenseful Super Bowl LII, Justin Timberlake, 15 years of 50 Cent and much more!
