Theories Of Failure: Stories that define your true identity.

For the first time I have an international guest to share his views on my podcast. My guest for this episode is Malek-al-Hasan. He hails from Syria. The surprising thing is that he has served the Syrian army in the past and now he is following his passion to be a full time professor in the field of linguistics. Many of us are not aware of this term or may be come across this term. Nevertheless, it is always better from those who hails from this specific field. Today's episode is based on that. We are staying in the 21st century. However, we still haven't come out of judging someone on the basis of his or her profession. What is important is whether he or she is really happy with that specific profession or is it just another profession determined by birth? We also try hard to earn respect from the society. We generally think that coming from an ordinary background, it is not possible to be a public servant. To add on, even if we dream to be public servant, once we fail, our confidence hits a rock bottom in no time. Few things in life we learn with age and experience. Handling emotion is one such thing. In this episode, I am sharing with you three incidents that cahnged my mindset to a large extent. When I look back through the pages of my life since birth, I could make out that I have become much more matured as a person with my emotions. I am looking forward to use these experiences and use them in my present tasks.

Sometimes it becomes very important to listen to your heart and act accordingly. This episode is based on that.

The first episode is all about me and my failure journey till my college days. Many dare to say about failure. I am not one of them. I am trying to highlight that there are many out there who are failing and thinking of quiting. It's just for them. It's important to know that they are not alone in this battle. I am always with them.
