It is always interesting to note what a man's estimate of the value he gives his words. In Christ's words there is no room for interpretation, for questioning, for further investigation. That notion of thought is completely absent from the teaching of Christ. There is No Apology. It is not "therefore naturally to suppose", or "It may probably be". Christ says the only test of His teaching is to obey it.
