I got to sit down with Samuel Omosigho, who is a 4 star LB from Crandall, TX, and learn a little bit more about him, but also his dad who is from Nigeria and his mom who is from Zambia Africa. This was so much fun to sit down and learn a little bit more about their culture but also to learn about Samuel's commitment.

Today I breakdown the upcoming season for the Texas Longhorns and their 2023 recruiting class with Jonathan Davis with the Locked on Longhorns podcast.   Is Texas back? Who will have the best season this year? Who are the Heisman candidates for Texas? Will Texas beat Alabama, OU, Baylor and Kansas? What prospects are Texas fans most excited for, Arch Manning, Johntay Cook II or Derek Williams?

Today Parker Thune (from   @OU Insider on 247Sports   ) and I breakdown the upcoming Oklahoma football season.

My favorite transfer this season is Jonah La'ulu I think the most impactful players this season will be  @Hangtime  (Michael Turk) Theo Wease, Danny Stutsman, Jalen Redmon and Billy Bowman JR.

My thoughts are that the floor for OU is 9-3 and the ceiling for OU is 13-0 with a CFB berth exiting in the first round.
