Do you think that Christian Pulisic grew up playing kickball? He has had trials at Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund before signing for Dortmund's academy.  If he played kickball, he would NEVER have had the ability or level to compete at those PRO ACADEMY levels. "There is a difference between kicking into a soccer ball and playing the game of football." Feel my passion for the 3 phrases destroying FOOTBALL across the country that is negatively impacting 95% of youth players are being taught to play kickball. This is the worst kickball epidemic I've ever seen. Until this changes, US Soccer will not develop WORLD CLASS players. Me personally, I have represented my country at the HIGHEST level within Futbol de Salon (futsal) at the World Cup, do you think I could play at that level by playing kickball? We need to remove 'KICK IT', 'BOOT IT', or 'SEND IT' from our game to develop elite players.

In this episode, I discuss my personal story going through my Journey to become a PRO. I walk you through exactly my steps going through this complicated youth soccer system and having international opportunities in Brazil and France including playing Semi-Pro. I also share how I achieved a personal dream of mine by playing in a WORLD CUP representing the United States. I did this playing for the USA Futbol de Salon (Futsal) National Team at the 2019 AMF World Cup.  I also briefly discuss my coaching journey thus far and how one of my players, Nik, who I trained for 2 and half years signed for a PRO Academy in Europe. One that actually competed in the Champions League in the 2019 - 2020 season.
