Having a resolution is good but following it is what matters !! If you have a goal let's say you want to wake up at 5:00am, do it for the next 22 days i know it's tough, but after 22days it will be installed in your system and it takes 64 days to be completely in you.. After 64 days start a new challenge and see your life transformed... Happy new year and have a great 2020...
