We’ve recently been going to couple’s therapy recently and it’s really opened our eyes. We are doing fine as a couple, but it’s kind of like a tune up for your car. Everything seems to be fine, but under the hood there may be need cleaned up to make it continue to be fine. Like unpacking childhood trauma. So fun, right? We’ve never personally tried therapy in the past to be honest, but this past year has been a huge struggle for so many people, and we’ve been going through some of our own personal struggles for sure. You don’t want to wait until a crisis happens to seek help when you can see it coming. Several members of our family are diagnosed with anxiety, depression and ADD, so our little family knows first hand the importance of maintaining good mental health.
