In today's completely unplanned and overly revealing voice note, I dive into the contents of my "naughty drawer" - featuring a vibrator(s) (wink), a blood pressure machine, and my official notary public seal.
If you make it to the end, I love that for you.
Enjoy this surprise drop from the therapy-ish™, and remember: Sometimes healing sounds like controlling high blood pressure and a drawer full of goodies.

I may or may not have recorded this in my closet. Who needs normal?
Let's talk about what happens when they try it and when healing sounds like laughter.

What happens when one comment gets in your head & suddenly, you're questioning everything about the way you create?
Apparently, you spend three weeks overthinking your entire creative process before remembering one important thing:
Who the fk are you?**
This week on Therapy-ish®, I'm talking about creative self-doubt, trusting your own voice, and why I'm no longer hiding the fact that I'm an alcoholic in recovery. After 377 days without alcohol, I finally decided that maybe the uncomfortable parts of my story are worth sharing too.
But do not worry. The self-reflection only lasts so long.😏
Somewhere between questioning my life choices & embracing personal growth, we end up discussing Wolverine 🐺peptides, avocado lore🥑, internet rabbit holes👀, and an alleged fake NFL player who reportedly convinced women to send him money while reminding them to "do your little part."
As always, beneath the chaos is a reminder to trust yourself, protect your peace, and maybe don't Cash App strangers from dating apps. (I beg you🙏🏻)
Welcome back to Therapy-ish®... where the healing is messy.
And I am not being shy about it.

Welcome to Tragedy Falls. A lovely little destination somewhere deep inside Chaos County, where the red flags are plentiful, Common Sense is a missing person, and apparently, we're making logical decisions.
This week, I'm going back to a chapter I've kept stored away for years: an intense relationship, the choices I made inside it, the things I convinced myself were true, and what I understand about that version of myself now.
It's messy. It's uncomfortable. It's funny in places it probably shouldn't be. And underneath all of it is a story about love, attachment, heartbreak, self-worth, forgiveness, and being able to look back and roast old versions of yourself.
Sometimes healing isn't rewriting the past. Sometimes it's being able to tell the truth about who you were, forgive her, and keep moving.
Pack light. We're going to Chaos County.
Plus: stay through the end for the bloopers, because apparently emotional growth does not prevent me from yelling obscenities while recording a podcast.

What happens when you're always the one celebrating everyone else...but nobody celebrates you?
This week, I tell the story of Mari, a woman who spends years showing up for everyone around her before finally chasing a dream of her own... and discovers a lesson far bigger than cake.
In this episode, we talk about self-worth, boundaries, healing, loneliness, learning to clap for yourself, and why sometimes the person you've been waiting on... is you.
Because celebrating yourself isn't optional.
It's required.

Someone I blocked years ago found their way back into my phone, & it got me thinking...
When did blocking someone become part of the game?
In Episode 10, of Therapy-ish™ we talk about the world of modern dating, boundaries, no-contact culture, & the strange way persistence is often mistaken for romance. From blocked numbers & surprise comebacks to the difference between a boundary & a challenge, this episode explores what happens when access gets confused with entitlement.
Plus, a word from our totally "legitimate" sponsor: Block'T List™ - Because when they spin the block, sometimes you need reinforcements.

What if the strangest addictions aren’t the ones on TV… but the chaos we normalize every day?
What started as a late-night spiral into a bizarre TV show somehow turned into a full-blown realization about the things we keep feeding in our own lives - validation, chaos, toxic relationships, doomscrolling, overthinking, social media obsession, & the emotional support disaster situationships we swear we’re “done with.”
In this episode of Therapy-ish™, we talk about emotional addictions, toxic cycles, validation-seeking, negativity, & the strange comfort we sometimes find in dysfunction. From social media spirals to relationships, we should’ve left three red flags ago, this episode unpacks the habits we keep entertaining even when they drain us.
Along the way, I share awkward Uber stories, internet chaos, relationship observations, strange TV addictions, & the very real ways we perform our lives instead of actually living them. Because let’s be honest… maybe the woman eating toilet paper isn’t the only one with questionable habits. 👀🤔
This episode is messy, self-aware, funny, uncomfortable, reflective, & probably a little too relatable. Equal parts storytelling, side-eye, emotional chaos, and realization.

What happens when you’re trying to connect with someone who just doesn’t meet you where you are?
In this episode of Therapy-ish, we’re getting into mismatched energy, emotional disconnect, and the quiet ways we start shrinking ourselves just to make something “work.”
You know that feeling when the vibe is off… but you stay anyway?
Yeah. That.
If you’ve ever questioned a connection, ignored your intuition, or tried to force something that never quite felt right — this one’s for you.
Some connections flow. Others drain. Choose wisely. 💚🌵

In this episode of Therapy-ish™, we unpack the dramatic tale of a self-appointed hero who did the absolute most — emotionally, financially, and spiritually — only to end up hurt.
This isn’t a gender war episode.It’s a reality check.
Because manipulation isn’t gender specific.Over giving isn’t noble when it’s unbalanced. And playing savior doesn’t guarantee loyalty.
We break down:
This episode is dramatic. It’s layered. It’s slightly unhinged — in the best way.
And yes… there may or may not be a narcissistic oil portrait involved.
Press play.
