we're about to embark on a journey through the realms of positivity and negativity. Join me as we dive deep into the captivating depths of our thoughts and discover their remarkable influence in our lives.
"In this vast universe of our minds, thoughts hold an incredible power. They shape our perceptions, steer our emotions, and ultimately determine what paths we walk.
Seeds of Thought: A garden begins with planting seeds, and the human mind is filled with thoughts and ideas. Just as different seeds yield different plants, the thoughts we sow in our minds determine our beliefs, attitudes, and actions.
• Weeding: A garden needs regular weeding to remove unwanted plants that compete with desired ones. Similarly, the human mind benefits from the removal of negative or harmful thoughts that hinder personal growth and well-being.
• Growth and Expansion: A well-tended garden experiences growth and expansion over time, with plants flourishing and reaching their potential. Likewise, the human mind can grow and expand through learning, acquiring new skills, and gaining insights.
The claustrum is thought to act as a "conductor" in the brain, orchestrating the integration of different brain regions. It plays a vital role in filtering and integrating sensory information, enabling our conscious experiences. It is believed that by exploring and understanding the claustrum, individuals can gain new insights, expand their consciousness, and unlock hidden potentials within themselves.
Today's topic is about saving yourself and why it's important to understand that you can't save everyone. We all want to help others, and it's natural to feel that way. However, sometimes we can become so focused on helping others that we neglect ourselves. In this podcast, we'll talk about why it's important to prioritize our own well-being and why we can't save everyone.
Dont despise a humble and small begining. When you plant a thought in your mind let that seed fall into your mind on the plane of understanding ground. Its time for god to finish what he started with you. The seed that was dropped in your mind what kind of ground did you let it sink into in your mind.

In this episode I talked about the ups and downs of what it means to truly grow. Do you as a person know who you are after all of the expectations of others and their titles of who you think you are, who are you? Are you a human being having a spiritual experience, or are you a spiritual being having a human experience. Who do you owe it to them other people who can't give you breath nor save your soul or God which one works for you. Thank you for taking the time out to listen.
