Listening in closely, read this book, not just once, and do exactly as it tells you to do. 

My humble suggestion is to listen undistracted...with earbuds, tune everything out. . .  remember that we as people overestimate what can be done in one year, yet totally underestimate our power and what we can accomplish over the course of years. . . so  be patient with yourself . . . defeating a negative mind, one that has taken years to form, is not easily combatted. You need time to dismantle and build a new positive mind, one which is open to abundance and prosperity.
