Hi Friends,

Another version of me would have recorded a video that felt more like…

OH MY GOD EVERYONE WAKE THE F**K UP AND TAKE TO THE STREETS AND STOP SPENDING ANY MONEY AND BURN THIS F*****G HORRIFIC EMPIRE DOWN!!

The video above isn’t reflective of that version, as, like so many of you, I don’t like to be told what to do. Unless I want (need) to be told what to do.

So, my invitation to all of us is to make space for our inner wisdom. Allow our hearts to direct us, and don’t allow the fear to stop us from showing up in a more vocal way, should that be our heart’s guidance.

And no matter what, because these times are beyond insane, let’s stay committed to being kind to ourselves and giving ourselves grace. We’ll be that much more likely to offer the same kindness and compassion to one another.

Know this: however you’re feeling, you are not alone in it. I don’t believe I know a single person who isn’t struggling with the world at large right now, along with any personal struggles they may be having.

I trust our hearts. We just have to get better at listening to them, at reflecting in ourselves and each other the love our hearts know so well.
