Are the people around you asking you the right questions? If you are investing in your business, it's important to know exactly where your business will grow. Once you know where you want to grow, your daily actions and habits should help you move towards that goal, not away from it! Brainstorming and creating goals is easy, having the willpower and determination to see those goals through, despite all the hardships and challenges you may face, is the hard part. Be a part of the small percentage that dreams, strategizes, executes, adjusts, implements, audits, executes, and then stays consistent enough to see your dreams come true.

Tough love Tuesday for my fellow amazing business owners. Balance is key when building long-term habits and strategies so let's understand how you are using networking in your business!

1. Understand that networking is a long-term game. Hopping on one call and expecting an entire relationship to be built may not be realistic.

2. The ball is in YOUR court so plan accordingly and give structure to how you build and network best!

3. What is sustainable for you? As entrepreneurs we can sometimes operate in extremes (I know I can) but we should aim to find balance and a middle ground where we can network, build, grow and sustain these relationships.
