On today's episode Tallon discusses how there is no shortcut to achieving your goals. We spend more time chasing the quickest, easiest way and end up getting further & further away from our actual goal. This is because as soon as something starts to get hard we tend to give up and start searching for the next quick fix.

The solution is simple!  Make a decision, Create a plan & follow through!  You will only get further & further away from our goal if we keep deviating from our plan. Go in knowing there will be tough moments, you will feel like giving up, but keep moving forward.

The tough moments don't last long. I tell myself to give up tomorrow. Finish today and give up tomorrow. 100% of the time at the end of the day you will feel extremely happy that you didn't give up & you kept moving forward!

Stop searching for the quick fix or the shortcut and start following through with the plan you created.
