Do or don’t do. The word “try” leaves the door open for failure. Decide to do. And then obstacles are merely inconveniences, not true stopping points.

I’ve lost over 250 pounds and changed my life radically many times over. I’ll be detailing my life as a child in a religious cult, growing up as a fat kid, losing weight, bariatric surgery, fitness hacks, meal and life planning strategies and real life, tough love cheering you on to achieving your goals and aspirations. I don’t pet. I am silly. I am fun. And I am simply ordinary. Which means I am qualified to convince other ordinary folks how to do the extraordinary.
