Are you all talk?
How do you know you just aren't using new language for the same behavior?
So yeah, I am not the spokesperson for every avoidant-attached chic... but I got stuff to say.
Yay for therapy!
Am I being serious... maybe; a little! In 2025, a part of me died. Let's lay it to rest together.
Yeah, no description here; it's that time of year again, and that's all the description I have. Merry Griefmas!
There’s No Timeline to Healing | A Rambling Session
Healing isn’t linear. Some days you’re thriving, other days you’re side-eyeing your own progress wondering how you got back here.
In this rambling session, I talk about why healing has no deadline, no pace, and definitely no straight line. We get into the stop-starting, the backtracking, the small wins that don’t look impressive on paper, and why momentum matters more than perfection.
This is your reminder that healing is a dance, not a race. You don’t have to move fast. Just don’t stop moving.
If you’ve been beating yourself up for “falling back,” this one’s for you.
My walls disguised as excuses … and excuses disguised as safety
She's a runner ; she's a track star
Apparently… I have amnesia… and you may have it too? Oh and therapy naps are the best!
Why am I here… ?
I’m hurting, I’m healing, I’m here
Follow me on my grief journey… why? It may be entertaining or you may just hear yourself and get some healing too!
You aren’t alone… keep going!
What if you stopped circling your pain and started living like the healing actually worked?
In this episode of Radical Release, we talk about the quiet but powerful shift that happens when you stop identifying with the wounds of your past and start walking in the wholeness God has been building in you.
Healing isn’t just journaling, praying, and processing—it’s stepping into the life that those practices prepared you for.
📖 Key Scripture:
Isaiah 43:19 – “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
✨ In this episode, we explore:
How “healing mode” can quietly become an identity
Why you have to release the title of “the wounded one” to receive the title of “the healed one”
What it looks like to practice wholeness before you feel fully whole
📝 Reflection Questions:
Where in my life am I still leading with my wounds instead of my wisdom?
What does “living like the healing worked” look like for me?
What would change if I trusted that the “new thing” was already growing?
