Driving Ahead!
Today Jess and Cathy talk about driving. Cathy does a lot of driving and has some advice about it! Just like life—how it flows, you have to be in the present, but also look ahead. So when you drive you have to pay attention at the wheel, but also look ahead at what is happening. Another important aspect is merging. Merge and let others merge! Jess, who thinks a lot about life, and how to live your best life, she says Merge is one of the most important things you have to do! Be safe out there but also smell the roses and enjoy the journey!

Home: What is it for you?
Jess and Cathy contemplate what ‘Home’ is—It is not structure of walls and a roof—it is where we feel alive, authentic, comfortable, and connected. Little things can help that happen, the table that Cathy has in her camper, the shoes that fit our feet. It is also big things-the people we have around us-both chosen and biological. It is how we can show up for others. It’s security and reliability. Connection. What is ‘home’ for you? Please let us know.

Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork!
Jess and Cathy did a little overnight on the Relation Ship at Green River Lake—and they discuss how they work together. It’s so good to be able to have a resource-to not have to problem solve totally on your own. At the barn, it is so fun how everyone works together, and support each other. We are not on this planet having to figure it out all on our own!

Conscious Connections
Jess and Cathy are talking to you from the airport in Minneapolis, returning from their annual Couples trip. For 15 years, they have been joining four other couples to connect, eat, explore and catch up. We started at our family’s lake house at Barkley Lake in Kentucky. For the past two years, we have met in Vancouver, where one of the couples are from. It is so important in our lives, to show up and take the time and energy to connect to friends. We all need to be a witness to our friends lives, and to have an opportunity to let them know what is going on in our life. Life is about connection, and being intentional about making it happen.

Cathy shares how she had a really good horse when she was first moving up the levels, it was owned by Edith Conyers, named Chessie System. A black appaloosa. Cathy loves how her assistant, Nikki Burns has been bringing Shack along up the levels. It is great for all three of them— It is such a great feeling when you can pass on whatever you can, a smile, a leg up, some gift you have to share— Jess says that she feels good when she can do at least one thing for someone else every day. It creates great Karma!

Love Never Paws’s
Cathy just lost her good dog, Cabi yesterday. Our dogs are family members and enhance our lives. They are our companions everyday. They do communicate to us when it is time to let them pass. It’s our last gift we give them. It is important to stay attuned to our own body and wisdom and trust those very important decisions in all different aspects of our lives. We then have clarity do make that tough decision or choice. Peace and love! Please listen, subscribe and share!
