Dr. Tina Schermer Sellers is a best-selling author, speaker, and researcher on sexual shame and healing religious sexual trauma. She is professor emerita of sexuality, and Marriage & Family Therapy, and the Founder of the Northwest Institute on Intimacy and Inanna Rising. With a degree in the sociology of gender, Chloe Abigail is an accomplished and highly sought after editor at the intersection of sexuality, spirituality, and human thriving. She is also Dr. Tina’s daughter. Their favorite past-time is sitting in the hot-tub and discussing all things sexuality, patriarchy, and life in the 21st century.

In all her avenues, she uses care-centered leadership models to help survivors know their voice, be nourished in community, and develop self-compassion practices in order to birth new liberated realities into existence.
