I’m Artist-X born and raised in the notorious township of Khayelitsha in Cape Town a place known for being stereotypically on the headlines for negative press but little known or spoken about for it’s hidden gems, which it produces within the same manner that a diamond is cut and the purification of gold and as the wise saying goes, in any storm it is peaceful in the center and it’s within the mist and density of the chaos I sprouted out as flower in the concrete and bloomed as one of those limitless gems to be hidden no more. Now I’m known as Artist-X aka The Ghetto Articulater, with vast range of diverse creativity as a Poet, Musician, Songwriter, Actor, Model, event host, environmentalist to mention a few but over & above the is no better description than live interaction with my artistry
