We meet the beautiful pregnant woman who is instrumental to God's final plan, and we also get a closer look at her arch rival, as John fully describes Satan's identity. Additionally, John provides the historical relationship between Satan and Israel, and how angry he becomes when he doesn't get his way.

In Revelation, chapter 10--for the second time--we see the unique pattern of seven divided, with a pause between the sixth and seventh Trumpet Judgements. This time we get a glimpse of the sweetness of the Lord Jesus Christ's Second Coming, and the bitterness of having to wait for that precious event.

The vast difference between natural and demonic events are contrasted in Revelation, chapter 9 when God gives the keys of hell to Satan and he releases two demonic armies who torture and kill anyone who is not sealed with the mark of the Living God. It gets so bad, that after the sixth Trumpet Judgement, half the world's population is dead.

And so it begins in Revelation, chapter 8. For 3.5 years millions of God's people have been brutalized, hunted, persecuted, and martyred. And God does not contain His wrath any longer. He hurls His vengeance upon the people of earth with natural judgements first, and then allows the demonic plagues.

Revelation chapter 7 takes a small break in the narrative to answer the question raised at the end of chapter 6--"who is able to survive?" The response reveals two people groups that God separates out of the Tribulation, but only the first group survives the entire time period.

In Revelation, chapter 5 we witness the opening of the scroll of all scrolls--the Deed to Earth--that was forfeited by Adam in the Garden of Eden. We learn that this scroll can only be opened by a special person who must be a kinsman of Adam, someone who is capable, willing, and who could assume all the obligations to the beneficiary.
